Days 39-45 and What Jenny Did Next is open for business!

logo-doneGuess what everyone?  I have an Etsy shop now! Yay!

I know I’ve been behind in my posting, and I mentioned that I was working on an exciting project, well this is it! I’m at the very beginning of the little business that I’ve wanted to start for so long!

There’s a long way to go, and, right now, my shop only has one little item in it, but hopefully, I’ll keep up the momentum and add many more over the coming months.

So, for all you crafters out there looking for a little project, I have designed a pattern to make an embroidered blue heart decoration, which is available as a downloadable PDF file from my Etsy shop.  As the ‘Hopeful Heart‘ pattern was directly inspired by a couple of blue heart campaigns that are running at the moment, as a thank you, I will be donating half of the proceeds of all sales of this pattern to UK National Health charities.

While I love doing little crafty projects designed by other people, from now on, I’ll hopefully get to flex my own creative muscles, and soon be posting more about my designs and share different variations with you.

It’s been an epic few days to get this done, and, even though it’s a small thing, it feels like a huge personal triumph to get ‘What Jenny Did Next’ under way.  Wish me luck! (And check out my store!)

  1. Bought this item.
It’s beautiful, with clear step by step instructions.
Thank you for giving a proportion to NHS
