Thank you for visiting my blog, one of my many good intentions for 2016 and my way of making sure my crafty to-do-list gets done!

2015 seemed to be a year of lethargy and unfinished projects and, since the beginning of 2016 has begun in a flurry of creativity, I decided to start this blog as a means of keeping up the momentum and creating a personal record of all of my crafty achievements, successes, failures and mistakes along the way.

I am an archaeologist turned digital archivist and, while I’ve always appreciated art, design and crafts, I have only really been crafting seriously for the past few years as an antidote to days spent on the computer and as a result of finding myself among a circle of creative types in the office.  As well as keeping you up-to-date with my various personal projects, I will also be looking back to some of our crafty adventures (courses and workshops), so hopefully, over the next few months I should have a blog well-stocked with reviews, inspiration and updates.  Stay tuned!
